Heber Moran
About
Heber is a fierce and compassionate advocate assisting clients in both English and Spanish. He has practiced family law exclusively handling such matters as divorces, custodial disputes, child and spousal support, and domestic violence restraining orders with diligence for nearly thirteen years. Heber graduated as Valedictorian from his high school class, earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Stanford University, and his Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles. He has previously been accepted to the prestigious Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute Internship Program in Washington, DC, was selected for a competitive fellowship where he designed a community service project at a teen center in his hometown, and studied abroad in Chile where he completed classes on Latin American history and politics. His previous experience during law school included working at Loyola Law School’s Disability Rights Legal Center, the LA City Attorney’s Office, the legal department of the Los Angeles LGBT Center, an employment law firm, and externing for a Family Court judge in Los Angeles. He also previously owned and operated his own family law practice from 2013 to 2024. Heber is currently a member of the Riverside County Bar Association, the San Bernardino County Bar Association and the LGBTQ+ Lawyers Association of Los Angeles. Heber also volunteers as a peer counselor for the Tri-City Mental Health Center.
